Refund policy

For a return, refund or cancellation request, email ignacioataljara@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

If your item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue.

Please contact us before sending a return. We will confirm the available resolution, any return requirements and the correct return address for your order. Do not send a parcel to an address printed on the shipping label without confirmation.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when it appears in your account.

To request cancellation or an address change, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment has started.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
