Shipping policy

We offer free tracked shipping to physical addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner in China. Allow an estimated 3–5 days for processing, followed by an estimated 7–14 days in transit. These estimates are not guaranteed; customs, carrier delays and peak periods may extend delivery.

We email tracking information when it becomes available. A tracking number may be created before the carrier receives the parcel.

Check your delivery address before paying. For an address correction, delayed parcel or delivery issue, email ignacioataljara@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
